Validating a player-LTV model often means sitting with a casino host who knows the high-roller cohort by name, walking the floor to understand which slot banks the model is over-weighting, and reading body language during the executive readout. Validating a UMC surgical-demand forecast means being in the room with a clinical operations committee whose members will not engage as deeply over video. A remote-only partner can ship working code, but the model that ends up in production after a Las Vegas operator pressure-tests it almost always reflects in-person feedback.
